David L Negley, CPA
Managing Member & Chief CPA
David received his accounting (and music) degree from Central College. He has worked in both the private sector and public accounting. With over 17 years of accounting experience, David is proficient in GAAP, financial analysis, tax preparation, budgeting, and month-end close procedures. David seeks to work alongside his clients to ensure they understand their options so they can make the best financial decisions for their goals.
David enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, playing piano, writing music, participating in community arts, watching Iowa Hawkeyes football, Kansas City Chiefs, watching movies, and Minecraft.

Stephanie Longnecker

With over two decades of accounting experience, Stephanie's commitment, both personally and professionally, is rooted in dedication, consistency, and helping others achieve stability and success--qualities she brings into every client relationship.
Stephanie has been married for 31 years and is the proud mom of three wonderful children--Cassidy, Cade, and Calysta. Our family is happily spread out, with Cassidy and her husband living in Arizona, and Calysta in Colorado.
Outside of work, Stephanie is passionate about running and has completed 19 marathons. She also loves traveling and exploring new places.
Jenni Robey
Senior Staff Accountant
Jenni is a seasoned accountant, with over 20 years of experience in accounting services, focusing on tax and payroll services. She is dedicated to being a steady and supportive partner with her clients as they work toward financial clarity and success.
Jenni is a proud mom of three kids and one bonus daughter (Kate, Zach, Molly, and Haleigh) and six grandkids (Callan, Steel, Mabel, Caysen, Gage, and MacIntyre), who are her pride and joy!
When not busy with family, friends, and work, Jenni loves to be outdoors, hiking, biking, kayaking, snow shoeing, and traveling to new places. On her most recent trip, she tackled the Manitou Incline in Colorado, knocking it off her bucket list.
Jennifer Porter
Senior Staff Accountant
Jennifer is an experienced accountant who has worked in the field since 2012. She brings a strong sense of accuracy, integrity, and reliability to her work, along with a commitment to serving clients and her community with care and professionalism. Her dedication ensures that every client receives comprehensive and strategic financial guidance for long-term success.
Community-minded and actively involved, Jennifer serves as Treasurer on the Friends of the Library board and the Winterset Little League board. She values giving back and supporting organizations that strengthen local education, literacy, and youth activities.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, and 4-H. She especially loves spending time with her family, cheering on her children at their sports, music, and 4-H events. Jennifer is married to Bart and is the proud parent of Carson, Lillian and Raylan.
David Michael Negley
Accounting Analyst
David Michael is a student at Central College studying Finance, Music, and Accounting, with a graduation date of May 2027. David Michael has helped during the last couple of tax seasons and the off-season with various bookkeeping tasks.
In his spare time, David Michael is heavily involved in the arts at both school and his community, serving in choirs, bands, church worship team, and theatre productions. He will be getting married in August of 2026.
