You may drop off your documents at either location or upload them to SmartVault. If you need a SmartVault invite to please contact the office.
You do not need an appointment to drop off your tax documents. Please note that we try to leave our Fridays free from interruptions so optimal to drop off/pickup is between Monday and Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm. If you miss us in Waukee, there is a slot in the Waukee office door. Please ensure your contact information is included.
Fees depend on the complexity of the return. Factors include:
*Number of income sources
*Itemized deductions
*Number of schedules (F, C, E)
*Separate business tax returns
If you are a returning client with no significant changes from 2024, your fee will be similar to last year. If you are a new client, we will provide an estimate of fee prior to starting your return.
Meeting with David in person is not required. Most clients complete the process using phone, email, and SmartVault. While we understand some clients want to meet in person, we simply cannot do so for everyone. Most questions and inquiries can be completed via phone or email. In person meetings are available, however, upon request and will incur an additional fee.
